3. PET E-liquid bottle injection and blowing process

technological process:

      1. Injection molded blanks

       Inject molten plastic into the mold to form a tubular preform with a bottle mouth.

      2. Transfer of official embryos to blow molding molds

      The tube blank is moved to the blow molding cavity and inflated with high-pressure air to fit the inner        wall of the mold and form.

      3. Cooling demolding

      After cooling and shaping, open the mold to obtain the final bottle body.

      1. Child safety cap (CRC): The injection molding process can accurately form the thread of the bottle            mouth, matching the anti child opening bottle cap.

      2. Needle nozzle/dropper design: directly molded through molds to avoid the risk of oil leakage                  during  later assembly.

      3. Light resistant masterbatch addition: During production, colorants (such as amber) can be directly          added without the need for secondary spraying.
